An AI drafting tool for law firms and legal teams
First drafts in your house style, from your own precedents, with letterhead, numbered clauses and signature blocks, for a lawyer to review.
A legal draft is only useful if it follows your style and your precedents. DeepRit helps with the first draft. The legal judgment stays with your lawyers. It's a writing tool, not a law firm, and it doesn't give legal advice.
Drafts in your house style
Each writer has its own document theme: serif fonts, justified text, legal numbering, letterhead, a "Confidential" footer and signature blocks. Set it once, and every draft arrives looking like your firm's work. Export to Word for your normal review and redlining.
Start from your own language
Add your standard terms and precedents as a data group, and a writer can draw on them. Please think carefully about confidentiality first. Relevant passages are sent to AI providers when you make a request, so don't add client-confidential material unless your professional duties and client agreements allow it. Our Privacy Policy lists who processes what.
Fill-in fields stay in
Most DeepRit writers remove blanks. Legal templates keep them on purpose, so a draft shows what's missing instead of guessing a party's name or a date.
Legal templates to start from
- Contract, NDA and Service agreement
- Partnership and MoU
- Notice and demand letter
- Terms of service and Privacy policy
There are also writers for the work around legal practice: Business letter, Professional bio and Press release.
Every draft needs a lawyer
AI drafts can mix jurisdictions, cite law that doesn't exist, and contradict themselves. Check every citation against an official source, and have a qualified lawyer review anything before it's used. Signatures placed in DeepRit aren't certified e-signatures. Use our review checklist for AI-drafted contracts.
